12. Software Development & Technology Services

12.1 Sabal India offers the following professional services:

  • Cloud-based deployment and consulting
  • System integration and maintenance

12.2 Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear requirements, access credentials, and related technical resources.
  • Review, approve, and test deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure intellectual property used/provided is legally owned or licensed.

12.3 Important Notes:

  • All payments for services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Sabal India does not guarantee error-free applications post-delivery but offers support under the agreed maintenance terms.
  • AI-based solutions may involve third-party models and APIs, for which Sabal India shall not be liable for external limitations or failures.

12.4 Ownership:
All custom code and intellectual property developed shall remain the property of Sabal India until full payment is received, after which ownership may be transferred as per contractual agreement.
